Monday

Tuesday

DAY OFF or get a little dance and do your streching. It’s really quite important.

Wednesday

Cardio is best… for weight loss and burning calories and I added ABS too. So I added for this day too.You can skip any video this day, or you can easily replace with another video from this week. If you don’t want to do stretching after a workout, have it in the evening.

Thursday

DAY OFF but you still can do stretching.

Friday

Focused on inner thighs and especially the muscles of the GLUTES, hips or butt lift. Always take a good look at the exercise before you start exercising so that you practice it properly. Copy me as much as you can, but still manage it to make yourself comfortable.

Saturday

I also gave you exercises on Saturday… but if you don’t want to, please at least do stretching Exercises are mainly on the ABS…. Because we don’t exercise on Sundays and we eat more :))) I do. And I added a video on the arms to make them stronger.

Sunday

DAY OFF
