HEALTHY RASPBERRY COCOA OAT PUDDING WITH NUTS AND CRANBERRIES.

WITHOUT milk, white canned sugar, gluten, eggs


For me, this pudding is the best of all the puddings I've tried.

I mean, I invented it myself and I hope to invent an even better ones.

It is healthy, you can have it as much as you want without regrets and it also contains a lot of fiber.






The pudding contains chia seeds, so add more water and plant milk to the oat flakes, because chia seeds will increase the liquid volume by up to 12 times.

You can add dried cranberries and nuts to the pudding, but it is also good without them. Separate one part of the cooked flakes and mix it with cocoa. It adds a very good taste to the pudding. Don't forget the fruit you put at the bottom of the glass. It is with this fruit that the pudding is exceptional.

Choose the fruit according to your choice, but I like the raspberry , they are the best. They can be frozen or fresh. Heat the fruit a little and only then put it in a glass.

You can sweeten with maple syrup, xylitol, or even stevia.

Store in the refrigerator and you can have it for breakfast or as a dessert. I always reheat it. I like that way.


INGREDIENTS
  • Oatmeal

  • Plant milk of your choice

  • Cocoa

  • Raspberries, frozen or fresh, or other fruit

  • Chia seeds

  • Nuts of your choice

  • Dried Cranberries, or Goji

  • Maple syrup / xylitol, stevia /


APPROACH

1. Melt the frozen fruit in a pot on the stove and pour it into the bottom of the glasses prepared for the pudding


2. 5 min. boil oatmeal with water. Dose for sure according to how much pudding you want. I do it by eye.


3. Pour into a mixer, add plant milk and one tablespoon of Chia seeds. If you are making pudding for only 2 people, add one teaspoon, add maple syrup and mix it a little


4. Divide the mixture into 2 bowls. I put 2 tablespoons of cocoa into a smaller part of the mixture and mix.


5. Pour a few cranberries and chopped walnuts into the light and larger part and mix.


6. Pour the light part into 3/4 of the glass and up to the surface of the cocoa mixture.


7. Decorate with fresh raspberries.

ZDRAVÝ MALINOVO KAKAOVO OVSENÝ PUDING

S ORECHAMI A BRUSNICAMI

BEZ mlieka, bieleho cukru, lepku, vajec



Tento Puding je pre mňa najlepsi zo všetkých pudingov čo som vyskúšala.

Teda vymyslela som si ho sama a dúfam, že vymyslim ešte lepšie.

Je zdravý , možete si ho dať kolko len chcete bez výčitiek a obsahuje aj vela vlákniny .





Puding obsahuje chia semiačka ,takže do vločiek dajte viac vody a rastlineho mlieka , lebo chia semiačka vám zvačši objem v tekutinách až o 12 krat.. Do pudinglu si môžete dať sušené brusnice a orechy ale je dobrý aj bez nich. Jednu čast z uvarených vločiek oddelte a zmiešajte s kakakom. Doda pudingu velmi dobru chut . Nezabudnite na ovocie, ktoré si dáte na spodok pohára . Práve s týmto ovocím je ten puding výnimočný.

Ovocie zvoľte podla všeho výberu , no mne chutia najviac mailny. Možu byť mrazené, alebo čerstvé . Ovocie trochu prihrejeme a až potom dáme do pohára.

Sladiť možete Javorovim syrupom, xylitolom, alebo aj steviou.

Skladujte v chladničke a možete si ho dať na raňajky , alebo ako deseret. Ja si ho vždy prihrejem. Tak mi chuti omnoho lepšie.

  • Rastlinné mlieko podla všeho výberu

  • Kakao

  • Maliny mrazené , alebo čerstvé, Alebo ine ovocie

  • Chia semienka

  • Orchy podľ vašeho výberu

  • Sušené Brusnice , alebo Goji

  • Javorový syrup / xylitol, stevia /


POSTUP

1. Mrazené ovocie roztopíme v hrnci na sporáku a nalejeme na spodok do pohárov pripravených na puding


2. 5 min. varíme ovsené vločky s vodou. Dávkovanie si určite podľa toho koľko pudinku checete. Ja to robím od oka .


3. Nalejeme do mixera , pridáme rastlinné mlieko a jednu PL Lyžícu Chia semienok. Ak robíte puding len pre 2 osoby, dajte jednu ČL , prilejeme javorový syrup a trochu to premixujeme

4: Zmes rozdelime do 2 mysiek. Do menšj časti zmesy dám 2 čl Kakaa a premiešame.


5. Do svetlej a vačšej časti nasypeme neikoľko brusníc, nakrojených orechov a premiešame.


6: Sveltú časť nalejeme do 3/4 pohára a až po povrch kakaovej zmesy.


7. Ozdobíme čerstvými malinami .
